Privacy Policy
BlueBinder is a small, independent coaching tool. We collect only what we need to make the app work, we don't sell your data, and we keep things simple.

When you create an account and use BlueBinder, we store:
- Account information — your email address and the display name you choose.
- Coaching content — plays, formations, practice plans, and team data you create or import inside the app.
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, HTTP method, response code) retained for up to 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention.
We do not collect payment information (the app is free), and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate BlueBinder:
- Authenticating you and keeping your session secure.
- Storing and retrieving your plays, practices, and team records.
- Diagnosing errors when something goes wrong (server logs only — content is never read for debugging purposes).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for any commercial purpose.
Data storage and security
Data is stored on servers located in the United States. By using BlueBinder you consent to your data being processed and stored there.
Connections to the app are encrypted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using a modern, memory-hard algorithm before being written to the database.
No system is perfectly secure. We take reasonable precautions, but we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you not to reuse passwords across services.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access your data — everything you create in the app is visible to you within the app.
- Delete your account — email us at ideas@bluebinder.net and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
- Export your content — contact us and we'll send you a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
Cookies and local storage
BlueBinder uses a single authentication token stored in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between sessions. No advertising cookies or cross-site trackers are used.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
